The staff had to wait two hours for our room to be cleaned, and they looked exhausted.

“horrible , terrible never booking again”

I had no positives to mention. The toilet wouldn’t flush; I told the staff and she said maintenance would come, but it returned later that night still broken. There was only one bath towel and one face towel even though I booked two beds. The Roku TV had no internet. I’m not sure if this stay was worse than the last one, but it will definitely be my last. I’m tired of paying for these terrible rooms; they should shut down.

“Horrible”

Nothing good. The air conditioner didn’t work, the tub had stains, the toilet was broken, the floor was wet from the AC, and there were no towels, soap, tissues, shampoo, or conditioner.

“Unsafe & upset condition.”

Nothing appealing about the property. The room floors were dirty, with pubic hairs everywhere, curtains were filthy, bathroom floors were grimy, sheets had makeup stains and streaks, there was a dirty towel, and the room lacked light. The lobby carpet at the service desk was black with dirt. The mattress was filthy, covered with a white sheet to hide the odor. The parking lot was almost dark, and drug deals were happening on every corner. The smell of drugs and animal feces was pervasive throughout the facility.
