The outdoor pool was a nice relief after a busy day, but you have to walk around the whole hotel to get there, and it's quite far from everything.

Overall the hotel was decent for its price; breakfast was well supplied and staff were very helpful. The location was quiet, good for resting. Reception service was poor, and the cleaning and changing of bed linens left something to be desired. The indoor pool didn't match the photos, it was much smaller than it appeared and the cleanliness was bad, especially since the space also hosts baby classes for non‑guests; the whole pool area had a yellowish tint that left a bad impression.

“Ok”

The room had no sound insulation, you could hear any guest passing by and the elevator worked loudly at night whenever it was called. The gym was poorly maintained with lots of rust. The room had a window that wouldn't open. Breakfast offered little variety and quantity, and the lounge was not modern and the dishes were dirty.

The outdoor pool was a highlight. The hotel didn't look like a four‑star place; the facilities were very old, the indoor pool was badly deteriorated, and most of the loungers were broken. The breakfast buffet was very limited, especially on the days when there were tours; you would arrive at eight for breakfast and the trays were already empty. A hotel that must have been beautiful years ago but is now very old.

“Un buen hotel en la zona”

The staff were very friendly, making check‑in and check‑out easy. The room was pleasant. Wi‑Fi was adequate for work. Breakfast was quite good. Free parking was available on the hotel grounds. I would stay again.
