Kelly is an incredibly friendly and welcoming host, and the house itself is spotless and beautiful. The kids loved running around the woods, picking fruit, and learning about nature, which was a fantastic lesson for them. The location is also great—just a 45‑minute drive to the volcano national park.

The staff were genuinely helpful, and there were plenty of amenities like a pool, sauna, game room, musical instruments, and more. You could even pick fresh fruit and delicious macadamia nuts from the trees. The resort is tucked away in nature, making it a truly peaceful and pristine spot.

The staff are the coolest and kindest I’ve met, but the place is incredibly noisy, especially since it’s close to the airport. The rooms are small but impeccably clean.

The room was spacious and the setting pleasant; after watching the volcano erupt we stayed one night, the host stayed up late to accommodate us, there’s a big lawn at the entrance and parking was easy.

Great location,pool was nice, very quiet. Checkout was 1030, lady owner was cranky. We were out of the room by 930 but was staying up on the porch having our breakfast. At 1045 she asked used to leave because they needed to clean. Again this is a big property with many sitting spots. Our experience was ruined by this as she was quite crabby. An amazing experience other then her. Make sure your off the property by 1030!!!!!
