Thanks a ton to Mr Mohammad Durra! The stay was absolutely wonderful, largely because of the staff. I want to give a special shoutout to Mr Mohammad for his exceptional service and genuine kindness. He went above and beyond, handling every request quickly and always with a warm smile. The level of care, attention to detail, and constant helpfulness he provided was incredibly impressive. Mohammad is a true asset to the hotel, and his dedication made the trip so much easier and more special. Highly recommended!

Everything was great. The staff were very nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, the towels were great, and the room was very clean. The hotel area is quiet and in a safe neighborhood. Some areas may need renovation and wear‑and‑tear repairs. There were no mirrors in my room except the one in the bathroom. I was charged 3% for using my credit card (instead of cash), which I didn’t know about ahead of time; they explained that this happened because of the banks’ rules in Lebanon.

The hotel is very clean and quiet, and the people are extremely refined, even though it’s not by the sea. I returned for another stay because of the staff’s style and the very reasonable price; living in the hotel feels like being at home. The only issue was the strong smell in the room, but the hotel listened and changed the room for us, showing great cooperation.

The room was spacious, but it wasn’t what I booked on the site – they charged an extra $40 per night for a spacious room. There was no buffet for breakfast, and the microwave in the room was not working.
