The hotel offers good value; the staff are very polite and accommodating, and the common area is nicely equipped with a fridge, microwave, cutlery, tables and couches, which is very handy. Breakfast is a standard hotel spread but decent, and the beds are very comfortable, so I would recommend it. The rooms could use a refresh: the toilet seat in our room was cracked and a closet handle was broken.

The location is excellent if you have a car, with free parking, and the views are lovely in a quiet setting. I especially enjoyed the breakfast and the chance to sit by the window or outside and watch the mountains, plus the coffee machine was the best during our three‑week stay. The room was comfortable with a nice deck. However, the advertised swimming pool was empty, which was disappointing on hot days, and the room—especially the bathroom—felt old and outdated, with no fridge or water.

Parfait si vous souhaitez profiter d'un séjour à Interlaken au calme, loin de la ville et au pied des montagnes. Chambre confortable, balcon appréciable. Les quelques très bons restaurants en contrebas et la présence d'une supérette à proximité sont un gros plus !. Le petit déjeuner un peu décevant et limité en choix
