The place is a bit pricey, but the pool was a disappointment on our last day because they finished cleaning at 5 pm and every guest had to leave; they could have scheduled the cleaning at a better time.

It’s a charming spot with an excellent location, quiet and beautiful, though the staff could be friendlier and more accommodating.

The location is good for the beach, but the room had mold on the air‑conditioner and in the shower, smelled unpleasant, and the plaster on the walls had bubbles; the hotel is not in the best condition.

Close to the beach and good value for what I paid, yet they market themselves as a 4‑star hotel but I would rate it at most a 2+; there’s no ice, only stairs, and the staff could be more attentive to guests, though I must commend the first lady at reception for letting me borrow an adapter.

We really appreciated the laid‑back vibe around the hotel, especially the fantastic restaurant with an amazing breakfast and the option to order off the menu. The countryside setting, far from any major city, made for a quiet and wonderfully relaxing escape where we could slow down and recharge. However, the distance from everything was a drawback; getting into the city required either a ferry or a long bus or taxi ride through the mountains, which can be pricey. The hotel itself felt a bit run‑down, and a few upgrades would definitely enhance the experience.
