“A comfortable and conveniently located stay with friendly staff”

The place sits close to Dotonbori yet stays quiet; it’s about a 15‑minute walk to Namba via the underground. The single room is spacious enough for one traveler, and the downstairs amenities are adequate. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and speak good English. Breakfast is offered but only average compared to other hotels in the same price bracket. However, the hotel seems to struggle with tourists doing odd things, and there are many signs warning against certain behaviors that feel a bit hostile. Occasionally there’s a sewage smell in the bathroom, even when the bath‑filling instructions are followed, but keeping the door closed fixes it.

“Clean, efficient but small”

Getting there by subway is easy. There’s no breakfast, but you can freely grab drinks and snacks in the morning. Many toiletries are provided. The room is very small; we knew the size but didn’t realize it includes the bathroom. It’s not suitable for a suitcase, let alone two.

“Non smoking room didn't smell good”

The location was quite good if you want to stay in that area. I chose it because it seemed convenient for getting around and for catching the airport train. A train station was about five minutes away, but that’s not the one used for the airport train, which was about 10‑15 minutes away. We could also walk to some main shopping areas. The room smelled like smoke, even though it was a non‑smoking room, and the next day there was a musty, funky unpleasant odor—probably from the bathroom. Despite the many odor sprays in the room, it seemed like a general issue. The staff never spoke to us unless I approached them; they didn’t greet people walking in and didn’t even look up when we walked in, which felt awkward since we had to walk close to the desk to reach the elevator. Maybe some people prefer to be ignored unless there’s a conversation.

“Worth the price, recommended.”

The property is very clean, hygienic, and tidy. Morning drinks and snacks are available. Luggage can be stored after checkout for free. It’s a bit far from the subway station but close to Dotonbori street.
