I was happy with the great location and the staff were very polite and helpful 👍🏻, but I asked to be moved to a room on a higher floor and that request was ignored.

The lodge is well situated, the cleaning was impeccable, and the breakfast was excellent; I commend the entire team for their outstanding service and especially thank the receptionist Daniel for his friendliness, politeness, and excellent communication.

The location is great, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is simple yet tasty, and the free hot chocolate served at night is fantastic; however, the room we stayed in was very noisy, with sounds from the corridor, the second floor, and the back, and there was no fan or air conditioning.
