The staff were super friendly, but we were disappointed that there was no bar in the hotel for a quick drink after our day.

The location is great, just meters from the train station and easy to get around. The cleaning was a bit lacking and the room was small.

“was not impressed with the size of my bedroom...way too small”

The staff were great and the breakfast was really good, though I only had it once. A nice side note is that the hotel is central to everything. My bedroom was really small; I could barely open my suitcase and had to climb out of bed on my side, while my husband’s side was even tighter. I’ve been an Accor member for years and this is the worst room I’ve had for the price I paid; I’ve never been disappointed with Ibis until now, mainly because of the room size. My friends stayed in the room next to mine and it was way bigger than mine.

“Excelente localização e custo benefício”

My dad and I stayed only one night and received an upgrade to a huge family room on the first basement floor, the same level where breakfast is served. The room was super comfortable and quiet. The hotel’s location is excellent: a short walk from the central station, which makes travel easier even with large luggage.

The café and location were good, but I couldn’t pay the accommodation in installments.
