The location is excellent! I could walk to almost everything, the metro is practically at the door, and there’s a supermarket just a 5‑minute walk away. Even though there’s no reception, communication with the hotel is great; the staff reply quickly to messages and I managed to check in a bit before the scheduled time, which was great because I arrived early in the city. The room is relatively spacious, well ventilated, and I liked the bed a lot. The bathrooms were one floor below my room, which didn’t bother me, while the showers were three floors below. The kitchen has a fridge and a coffee maker. I didn’t use them, but they can be quite handy during the stay. Overall, I had a good experience, especially because of the location, the room’s comfort, and the efficient communication with the team. My first impression at night wasn’t great because there’s no reception, which can feel a bit insecure initially. However, the area seems calm. As a suggestion, better lighting in the parking area would make arrivals more comfortable and welcoming. The women’s bathroom has two showers and was relatively clean, but one lacked a curtain, which, in my opinion, compromises privacy and makes it hard to use. Fixing that would improve the space. In my case, it wasn’t an inconvenience because I was alone in the bathroom when I used the shower.
