We liked the location and cleanliness, but the owner gave us a choice to pay 30€ via instant transfer or find a locksmith at our own expense because the front door handle was broken. There was no hairdryer in the room, contrary to what was advertised, and the smoke detector had been removed.

A big plus was the setting, the welcome from a family member of the owners, the proximity to the horses, the surrounding nature, and the overall quiet. The Woods Room was functional and very clean, with a coffee machine and a fan (June 2026: scorching heat). I raised my concerns directly to the owner and nothing serious happened.

The setting is great and original, a very green and calm environment, and we’re close to horses and other animals like dogs and cats. The only drawback was the lack of breakfast options.

The scenery is absolutely stunning: in the middle of a horse boarding, surrounded by nature, near a woods with a health trail. The owners gave a good welcome, and there’s a coffee machine in the room (breakfast can be added for an extra fee). The only issue was the lack of blinds, only shutters, so the sun came in quickly. Two problems were reported at checkout that I hope will be fixed soon: the door between the bedroom and the bathroom/WC slipped out of its tracks, almost causing an accident; a small leak under the sink created a little puddle in the central drawer.
