The house is amazing and in a fantastic spot for exploring Hongdae and nearby neighborhoods. It’s very large for Seoul standards, and we did our laundry on the terrace. After checking out, we could use the lockers for free. I’d 100% recommend it! The only downside is the many stairs and no elevator—no problem for us, but consider it if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues.

The location is great, close to the metro, and the water pressure and washing machine are good. The downside is a bad sewage smell, the stairs up to the bed are too small and steep, causing back pain, and the floors are old.

The spot is fantastic—close to metro, buses, bars, and restaurants. The place itself is big and roomy, with two beds that work for two or four people. The host was super friendly, we kept in touch regularly, and they ensured everything ran smoothly. Guests can store suitcases and bags at the property for free, so you can explore the neighborhood even on your last day. Highly recommend!

The hotel sits right next to public transport and shops, which was super convenient. However, there’s no elevator, so we had to haul our luggage up the stairs to our room. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it might be a hassle for older or frail guests.
