The bed was fantastic, yet the bathroom step felt like a $600 room perk that didn't match the price. The windows were grimy, the curtains were tiny and worn, and we were warned about construction noise but not about the marathon that had been running for 46 years and jammed traffic.

The location was great, the rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff were friendly.

Everything else was fine, but TV options were limited; I wish I could have logged into Netflix, Crave, or Amazon Prime. The beds were uncomfortable, and the bathroom lacked soap, lotion, and cups.
