The bed was terrible, the reception staff couldn't speak English, the bathroom sink leaked everywhere, and breakfast only offered fried eggs if you wanted that every day.

The place was disgusting, I don't understand how they call it a hotel; a hostel would be better. It was dirty, neglected, had bedbugs, a smelly rug, used towels, peeling walls, awful service, and the front desk laughed at our complaints. We booked breakfast, but when we arrived it was gone. The maps were filthy, and they served us a plate of fried eggs in burnt oil, cucumber, and tomatoes, and they wouldn't let us take a coffee cup. Absolutely appalling. Booking should remove them from the list. Travelers everywhere have never seen anything like this.
