I liked the food and the variety of restaurants. It would be better if they had bilingual staff to understand a bit more; just a suggestion.
“The Hotel of Tranquility & awesome Food”
The Iberostar staff were always courteous, very warm with their greetings, and polite. The food was excellent every day. Each theme night was a great experience, and I wish I could have stayed longer to experience them all. The rooms were comfortable; lying on the bed felt like I didn’t want to move. The garden and the nighttime lighting around the pool area and fountains were breathtaking. The whole compound made me feel at peace, and I could relax almost everywhere. The only sad point was that, although there are many bathroom facilities, the one bathroom near the cafeteria in the men’s section always had a smell. I thought it was a one‑off moment, but it wasn’t; the smell was really awful. Thankfully the other bathrooms were excellent.

Most things were fine for us, and I would return. We really had a good time. Some of the bathrooms were not very clean, especially the one near the beach and the restaurant/eating areas were too far from the pool. Also the pool area was way too slippery.
