The staff were polite and welcoming, the rooms were spacious, and the food was excellent—overall a fantastic experience. There was nothing that I didn’t like; everything was truly perfect.

Ho apprezzato la pulizia delle camere e degli ambienti, lo staff in generale (dalla reception agli addetti alle pulizie e alla parte spa), colazione ricca e buona. La fermata dell'autobus dista pochi minuti dall'hotel. Cena nella media. Palestra a disposizione basica, ma okay per fare qualche esercizio. Qualche disattenzione nella cena, dove non vengono indicati esplicitamente ingredienti e piatti (c'è un buffet di antipasti e verdure, per chi ha intolleranze o segue una dieta specifica aiuterebbe avere i cartellini con gli ingredienti del piatto/indicazioni per celiaci vegetariani etc), ma bisogna chiedere singolarmente e non sempre il personale ha tempo. Per quanto fosse un ambiente tranquillo, avrei preferito un armadietto nella zona spa per depositare per esempio momentaneamente chiavi, orologio ed effetti personali quando si vuole andare in sauna o stare in acqua invece che dover lasciare tutto sui tavolini

The swimming pool was great, breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Next time we’ll book half‑board and stay longer. Everything was fine.
