The hostel was brilliant, the staff were very friendly, and the room was great! It was a very social place for solo travellers, which helped me feel at ease during my first visit.

The location is really close to the port, so you don’t have to walk far with your luggage, there’s a nice pool (though it gets shaded early in the day), and the bar is good. I booked a private room and it was never cleaned during my 5‑day stay, and all the activities revolve around alcohol; it would be nice to have some quieter options since I don’t like to drink all day every single day.

The shared camera with three very comfortable beds was great, and the included breakfast was very good.
