“The property is not private.”

The property was clean and had amenities for a comfortable stay, but the owner kept an eye on guests, which was troubling. Though advertised as "Entirely Private," the owner monitored movements. He demanded extra money without providing any extra service for an additional guest. I asked him to hold my bag for a few days while I planned a road trip after the Sydney Marathon; he agreed at first but then reversed his decision the night before the big day, complicating my plans.

The place is quiet, spotless, and the bed is comfortable; the room is large and lovely. I’d definitely return.
