My reservation was cancelled the day before I was supposed to arrive. I tried to book another room, but they said none were available. When I got there, I saw other guests with the same issue. I’ve stayed at this residence for 15 years and I will never use them again. Their communication is terrible.

Decent distance from major points of interest. Pool and hot tub were down for 2 out of 3 days. Wi-Fi was so slow my cell phone (which already had bad service) was faster

The apartment itself was fine, but we can’t be sure the loss happened at the hotel; unfortunately, three of us discovered that two or three items were missing after we had checked the room and packed, only to find them absent from our suitcases once we returned home, even though we spent the whole day away from the hotel the day before departure and repacked before leaving the next day—still, the staff were incredibly courteous, attentive and friendly, which made me consider coming back, and I truly hope I’m mistaken because I don’t want to cause any trouble. Thank you for your hospitality.

The morning attendant was rude to the fullest. I paid threw booking .com for my reservation and the night clerk charged me another 319.00 which I never got back. I wouldn't recommend this facility to no one. The room was freezing heat wasn't working and we had to wait a whole 24 hours to get a different room
