Great location in the historic centre, fabulous sea view, nice modern room. The mini‑fridge didn’t work unless the magnetic key was present, and even though there was a fridge in the common lounge, there was no privacy to store personal items.

I liked that the property was close to the docks. Having a cooler was useful. Waking up to the sea view was priceless. They let us leave our luggage in a small room at both arrival and departure so we could park or pick up the car comfortably. The staff were very kind and welcoming. I recommend this place, which is not only near the sea but right in the middle of Numana’s centre. For those choosing breakfast, a voucher for the nearby bar is given, letting you grab a freshly filled croissant, a fresh juice and a coffee or cappuccino. Everything was truly good and delicious! The bathroom was very spacious, though a little structural work might be needed, but it still met our needs.

“Relax, confort, e mare nel cuore di Numana”

The room was clean, spacious, bright, and very comfortable in central Numana. The highlight is the balcony that practically overlooks the sea, and at night with the windows open you fall asleep to the sound of waves—wonderful! Not to mention the comfy bed and pillows. The street below the room is lovely; even though it’s a busy passage, it doesn’t disturb the room at all. Breakfast at the bar is very satisfying, with sweet or savory croissants, cappuccino and juice. Parking is free but not very close; still, Numana is easy to walk around, so it’s not a big issue. You can also drive the car up to the apartment to drop off luggage even if it’s in the ZTL (the host takes care of the licence plate registration after check‑in). Overall, great stay! We were a bit puzzled by the fridge that turns off when you remove the room card from the switch; a system that turns off all lights except that would be better. Another suggestion: since we’re by the sea and need to dry swimsuits and towels, providing a small drying rack and a few clips on the balcony would be much appreciated.

“Fantastico alloggio con la vista dell’alba dal balcone e a 5 min dalla spiaggia. Anche l’idea dei buoni per la colazione”

The accommodation’s location with the balcony and the sea. Everything was perfect except a small detail: the door wouldn’t open the first time because the lock screws were slow.
