The staff were truly exceptional, friendly and helpful despite the language barrier, and the property stayed spotless.

The staff were genuinely welcoming and friendly, but the room felt old and poorly insulated, letting in a lot of outside noise; at first there was an unpleasant odor in the room, and the liquid soap smelled terrible. I asked for it to be replaced, yet the issue persisted.
