“Très agréable logement et résidence, gardiens souriants et serviables, mais trop loin de Cha Am.”
A lovely residence with dedicated staff, but it’s quite far from the Cha Am center and you’ll need a car to get around.

The property is small, manageable, and well‑maintained, right on the sea in a very quiet spot, not for partygoers, and it was perfect for my holiday.

The accommodation is in a peaceful area, the surroundings and the beach are clean, the room is large enough for a four‑person family, and I must highlight the comfortable bed, washing machine, powerful air‑conditioning and all other necessary gear – nothing was missing. I recommend renting scooters, which let us easily get food at the restaurant, groceries, visit the night market and shorter trips; for longer ones a taxi is available. Communication with the owner was smooth. Thank you for everything and we’ll gladly return!

A great apartment with a pool and close to the beach, though a bit far from the town.

The apartment was beautiful, spacious and clean, with a huge bed on an orthopedic mattress, plenty of pillows, a powerful air‑con, a big sofa that could seat two more people, a large table with comfy chairs, a modern TV that we never turned on, a roomy bathroom with a large shower cabin, constant hot water pressure, a hygienic shower for the toilet, a slightly high sink that could use a footstool, a washing machine where the drain hose needs straightening and the shower doors held shut, detergent poured into the right sliding compartment inside the drum, towels, pillows, blankets and pillowcases stored in the closet, a kitchen with all essentials – a large fridge, microwave, stove, pots, pans, kettle, knives, forks, spoons, plates, glasses, a corkscrew – a wide balcony with chairs and a table, a clothes dryer, a great sea view from the balcony and a pool from 0.7 to 1.4 m deep with cool clear water. The condo was very quiet and deserted; sometimes we saw a couple of people on balconies or on pool loungers, but mostly it felt like we were alone. Plenty of parking space: a small lot by the sea and a larger one on the street on the other side of the building. 24/7 security guards were very friendly, helped us load our luggage into the room, and assisted with parking. They also had the keys. The sea was 20 m away – we stepped out of the condo, crossed the road, and there were loungers, sand, palms, the beach, the sea… and nobody around! Looking at the sea, 10 min’s walk along the shore to the left is a big hotel beach with a photo zone. On the right, within walking distance, there are a couple of pricey hotels with a café where you can buy ice cream and coffee and chat. A car or bike is mandatory. I took photos on the way out. Everything was neat at check‑in.
