I was really looking forward to staying at this 5-star hotel, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The location was great, but the cleanliness was only 5/10, and the food was lukewarm and soggy. The kitchen utensils were dirty and had ants crawling on them, and the hot water was barely warm. For a hotel that boasts such a great review, I was really disappointed with the quality.

The hotel really delivered on the food front – every meal I had was delicious and the service was top-notch. The staff were super helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly, from check-in to housekeeping. The location was also great, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, it was a great stay and I'd definitely come back.
