The wheelchair‑accessible space is great, especially the shower, and the compact layout offers a nice table and desk. Breakfast could have been better stocked, but the buffet was decent. At check‑in, we needed dual desk coverage, and cleaning finished 40 minutes after our 3 pm arrival. The first‑floor exit near the stairs needs a damper or soft‑close to stop the loud slamming that disturbed guests in rooms 101‑108 all night and early morning.
