“Well located, clean, organised, warm and lovely supplies left for us”
The apartment was spotless and everything seemed to be in its right place. The host even asked about our dietary needs before we arrived and left the right supplies for us, which was a nice touch. The only odd thing was that it was set up in someone’s backyard, so we kept walking past a line of their underwear every time we came and went, which felt a bit strange.

Nestled in a prime spot in McLaren Vale, the house was immaculate, super comfy, and the tiny guard dog was just adorable. We couldn’t find a single flaw – everything about the stay was spot on.

The adjoining house was quiet and felt very private, and the hosts were genuinely lovely, leaving a starter pack of milk, bread, butter, and coffee plus other handy bits. When it rained they fetched my jeans and sweater, kept them dry and folded – little gestures that made the stay feel extra nice. Nothing to complain about at all.

This little unit tucked away behind the main house felt private and surprisingly well‑equipped – even a bottle of local sparkling wine was waiting for us. The hosts were friendly without being overbearing, and the extra touches showed they’d thought of everything. Honestly, there wasn’t anything that really bothered us.
