“Pleasant stay at Paignton harbour”
The location was brilliant, breakfast really good, owners were lovely, and off‑road parking worked well. The room felt a little small, but larger rooms were available.

I had previously mixed up this B&B with another in my review, but this place serves a delicious full English Breakfast and the hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The location is great. The beds were fine and the room was neatly prepared for us.
Great location, excellent facilities and hosts

Breakfast was lovely, with good quality and variety. Briars sits in a great spot, offering sea views and just a few minutes’ walk to the sea and harbour.
“Can't wait to go back again”
The central spot puts you near many attractions and a local train station for further travel. Breakfast was truly excellent. The owners were fantastic, full of information on local places to visit, and nothing was too much trouble. The place was a bit noisy at night because of traffic, partly due to another road being closed, but it was generally quiet after 11 pm and the hotel wasn’t to blame.
