A beautiful old building that’s been well renovated and is comfortable. The hostess truly cares about welcoming guests and even made an effort to speak French. She booked the restaurant for us by phone for the evening. And the breakfast on the terrace? A real sweet and savory feast with hot drinks, fruit juice, buttered bread, homemade jam, honey, Nutella, cereals, quick pancakes, delicious warm fig cakes, homemade yogurts, scrambled or fried eggs, an assortment of three local cheeses, fruit, and garden plums. Thanks for the royal welcome! Note: a very good tavern is a 15‑minute walk away.
