The only good thing about this place was the food - it was actually pretty tasty. That's about it, though. I didn't have any other positive experiences here.

The room was clean and reasonably comfortable, which was a plus. However, the check-in process required a deposit of 60 PLN per person, which was a bit of a problem since it's not always possible to have cash on hand. And to make matters worse, there was no mention of this policy when I booked through the website.

The room was clean, which was a plus, but unfortunately, the staff didn't seem to care about providing hot water. It was freezing in the room.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, but that's where the positives end. We had no access to fresh air, the fire alarm wasn't working, and there was no hot water at night. To top it off, we ran out of toilet paper. It was a real letdown.

The only redeeming quality of this place was the friendly security guards. Unfortunately, that's where the good stuff ends. The owner's behavior was appalling - she complained about guests making a mess and implied that we were somehow responsible for the state of the hotel. To make matters worse, she tried to charge us extra for a blanket and even attempted to keep our deposit because the booking site had listed a lower price than she wanted to charge.
