Honestly, the LHI hotel made me feel at home from day one. The staff—Margherita at reception, Carmelina the housekeeper, Massimiliano the assistant—treated me like family with warmth, cheerfulness, and charisma, taking care of me from start to finish. I didn’t even want to leave. They’re probably the best in their field, fully dedicated, and always ready to help. When I broke my phone, they gave me repair shop addresses and daily beach and sightseeing advice, becoming more than staff—friends. Thanks to everyone. The breakfast was excellent; I usually eat only savory, and the hotel offered salty, sweet, vegan options, and never missed a good pastry with a cold latte. The rooms were always immaculate and well‑ordered; Carmelina and Massimiliano were outstanding and attentive. Parking was perfectly located with many spots. The hotel is in an easily accessible area near the hospital, supermarkets, malls, gas stations, and just 5‑7 minutes from the city center in Lecce. The only thing I wished for was a place to exercise; Margherita mentioned a future fitness room and helped me find a nearby gym that met my needs. Thank you, Margherita.

“Preis Leistung okay”

The facilities were very modern, comfortable, and new, and everything was spotless. The reception staff were super friendly and the cleaning lady was very nice. Our charging cable was missing from the room, and she gave us one. She was very helpful, and we also received great assistance with organizing our train trip. Thank you. The hotel felt like a hospital, very remote, and not warm. Breakfast was cold, and with four guests, six waiters constantly watched us. It wasn’t cozy. The breakfast selection was okay and good, and the coffee was very good.

The hotel was clean and had parking right next to it. However, it was far from the city center and required public transport to reach. The hotel looked like a hospital that had been turned into a hotel, not really suitable for a holiday stay, and the breakfast was only reasonable.

Everything was perfect – the staff were extremely kind and courteous, and the breakfast was spectacular, even for gluten‑free guests. Nothing to complain about.

The staff were friendly, smiling and efficient, and the room was spacious; they handed it over before the scheduled time, which was great. The bar fridge was empty, and I paid for a couple of water bottles that I ended up drinking.
