The hotel staff were amazing, especially America who was one of the best hosts I’ve ever met; she gave us an early‑morning takeaway breakfast that had everything. The atmosphere felt like home, and the hotel is situated in a quiet area.

The spot is unbeatable—arguably the most stunning in all of Cusco—and the staff were wonderfully friendly and attentive.

The staff were very helpful, especially Amerika and Devorah, who assisted us with trips and transport between Peruvian cities; the bathrooms really need refurbishment—poor ventilation and only cold water in the wash‑basin, plus just one light source per room and no bed lamps.

I loved the location, the staff were very friendly and always ready to help, which made the experience great and highly recommended, though I think the breakfast could have been more varied and complete.

The reception staff were kind, the rooms were warm with heating and hot water, the breakfast was tasty and the box was available; the location was very good on a tourist street that feels safe, but everything was perfect, so we just wish we could have stayed longer.
