Being close to the airport is convenient if you’re in transit, but the room was very small and the overall experience was average.

The website advertised it as a four‑star hotel, but in reality it felt more like a one‑ or two‑star property; the breakfast buffet was terribly limited with only a single type of sausage and cheese—my own cheese from the previous day was still on the plate and scraping it off was a chore. They only offered fried eggs and the bread was mediocre, so I skipped breakfast on the second day, which later upset my stomach. At checkout I was accused of stealing a tiny tea‑spoon or coffee‑spoon, even though we never drank coffee in the room, and I was charged 50,000 VND for it. The staff were unfriendly, and although the rooms were clean, they had no functional windows—there was a tiny window that couldn’t be opened for ventilation. Overall I think I overpaid for both the breakfast and the windowless rooms.
