The staff were welcoming and eager to help whenever we needed it, which my partner and I appreciated. However, the TV wasn’t working so we had to use our own data, and the air conditioner was also not working—those two issues were very disappointing.

We had a very disappointing weekend stay. There was no Wi-Fi connection in the room we were placed in for the entire stay, which was very inconvenient. The rooms were extremely cold and unfortunately, my partner caught flu because of it. To make matters worse, we discovered a strange item in the first room we were given, which made us uncomfortable. We were then moved to a family, but it lacked Wi-Fi and the issues remained unresolved. This stay fell far below expectations and basic standards of comfort and cleanliness
