I found my stay very pleasant! The proximity to the Kurpark, the event possibilities and nearby restaurants, and the friendly staff make this hotel a real hidden gem!

The location is great. There was little staff and no breakfast.
“Mangelhafte Hygiene und unverschämte Schikane am Sonntagmorgen machen dieses leere Hotel zu einer absoluten Frechheit.”
The only thing that mattered was the key box. On Sunday at 7:30 am I was called on the room phone to move our car because two guests wanted to park in front of the hotel. We were the only ones parked and we parked so we didn’t block the walkway. On Sunday at 7:30 am no guest needed a hotel parking space. We didn’t see any car waiting. No one else was waiting and we didn’t see a single guest at any time! The disgusting lack of hygiene and absence of basic cleanliness is no surprise (see pictures: hair on tiles next to soap dispenser, hair on thermostat, mold and water damage on ceiling and walls)!
