The staff were outstanding. Rachana greeted us warmly and was eager to help, while Gorakh, the gentleman who escorted us to our room, was delightful. We switched rooms because we found the back side of the hotel a bit quieter than the street side, though the street side wasn’t bad—just a bit noisy for light sleepers. Rachana handled the room change smoothly, offering us a choice, and Gorakh quickly turned on the AC in the new room and helped with our bags. No fuss, just helpful. The rooms were comfortable, the backup generator worked flawlessly, and the Wi‑Fi was good. Nothing to complain about.
