Check‑in was fast. The toilet was dirty, there were coffee stains running down the wall, the towels had stains. Breakfast was just mediocre.

“It was ridiculous the prices, paid $300 on here, just to pay $100 pet fee, I understand ESAs aren’t certified, but I did”

I liked the outside and the main lobby looks. The room that I got was absolutely not the room I chose, nor was it clean or suitable. I have pictures of the dirty walls, the ice tub wasn’t clean, the freezer part was absolutely disgusting, stains on the ironing board and the bedding. I pushed away the bedding that had stains because I was sick and just didn’t have the energy to do anything. The AC vent and the bathroom vents were disgusting like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time and it kind of looked like there was mold on the bathroom one… it was absolutely disgusting, but I was broke after buying this hotel and I had to stay away from my home due to a mold issue for a day.

“Nasty and no warm water so not stay here”

Nothing good about this place; it’s nasty, had no warm water for a shower, it smelled bad, and when I asked for a refund the front desk lady claimed the water was warm after she checked, which I found untrue and the staff wouldn’t refund me.
