I knew how close it was to everything, but the staff didn’t attend to our requests; when we asked for towels they said it wasn’t cleaned yet or that there were none, and another staff member said we had to pick them up front while others said we didn’t have to. On the first day our room shower had no cold setting—only hot water— the light went out in the bathroom, and the AC wasn’t blowing cold air. When we asked to switch rooms they said they’d send someone to “fix” it; the maintenance guy was patient and fixed part of the issue, but the whole stay wasn’t as welcoming as I expected. The website said breakfast was included, but at the front desk they told us it wasn’t and it cost $17 per person. This is my first time booking here and will be my last.
