There was nothing to like—no toiletries, no bedding, no curtains. The room was not as advertised, filthy, and infested with cockroaches and mice. Everything was a disaster; remove it from your listings and hold the owners accountable for misrepresenting the property.

We booked a location, only to be redirected to another when we arrived. The reception area was packed with people, making us feel uneasy when we had to step out, and the TV reception was noisy with people sitting nearby.

The price was reasonable, but the room was advertised a deluxe suite, which was not the case. 1. I was told that it was a deluxe suite, which was not the case 2. There was a hole in the ceiling that had a makeshift board to close it, which was not done properly 3. On the floor in the room, the carpet was joined with wood and nails protruding. 4. The room had no electrical plugs 5. There is one small window 6. There is no fan nor air conditioner 7. There is no toilet nor shower, or bath tub, which all are located outside the room. 8. The room was so small that I needed to move the chair at the corner to sit properly. 9. I asked if indeed the room I was placed on was a deluxe suite as advertised, and i asked for the manager, and there was a gent who says he handled the queries but was unàble to help me. 10. I arrived at 14h00 and the room was not yet ready and had to wait for them to prepare it

The place was clean and very comfortable, and the services we received were good. The only downside was the lack of hot water, though we managed to get some.
