Perched on a slope with a valley look toward Westendorf and the towering Hohe Salve, the location is unbeatable – every uphill trek was totally worth it. The owners are open‑hearted and make you feel like part of the family, and the surrounding Wilden Kaiser area is a playground for nature, culture, and sport lovers.

The pension sits on a breathtaking hillside, offering nonstop mountain scenery. The owners are genuinely warm, and the breakfast—freshly made with a killer coffee—gave us a solid start each morning. Staying in a 400‑year‑old farm house means the walls are a bit echoey, but it never bothered us.
