The location was good, but the television didn’t work and the staff responded like they were reading a template, saying “all rooms have the same issue” without trying to fix it—lazy.

The room was comfy, the spot was strategic near Pasar Seni LRT station and halal Chinese restaurants, and the staff were helpful, but the lift area in the lobby was smelly, probably because it’s next to the restroom.
