“Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. A great location to visit Alnwick and coastal attractions.”
The presentation of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff, the welcome on check-in. The suite was brilliant and worked well for us, giving us that bit of extra space. Breakfast was very good, there was a good choice of breakfast items and the cooked breakfast choice was also very good. The breakfast service staff again were excellent, helpful and accommodating. I also liked the note under the door wishing us a good morning and informing of manager and duty staff, weather for the day, restaurant times and places to visit etc. - nice touch. If I had to nit pick then it would be the shower curtain! I feel a glass door would have been better

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very helpful, and the breakfast and evening meal in the dining area were exceptional.

I loved the grounds and gardens; there was nothing to dislike.
