It felt like home and was a good value. However, I noticed a few spots where the cleaning wasn't thorough, and the location isn't great for walking.

I liked the location near Seoul Station, and the space was large enough. If I go to Seoul again, this is the first place I’d choose. When I had a problem, the owner answered my questions passionately.

The ambience was nice, the place was clean and fully equipped. It sits on a steep, narrow road, so you have to walk down to catch the bus; we usually took a taxi instead. A mini‑market sits next to the property and many food shops line the road to the main street. Shortly after we arrived, a neighbor rang the doorbell asking us to keep the noise down. We checked in late at night, and our 3‑year‑old was understandably upset after a long trip while we carried seven large pieces of luggage up the stairs, which inevitably made some temporary noise. Once we settled in, we kept the apartment quiet for the rest of our stay. Since the owner runs the place as a guest house, we think the neighbor should be more tolerant of occasional activity. Some reasonable noise during check‑in and check‑out is expected and should be tolerable, as long as it isn’t excessive.

I was very satisfied with the stay; the room was cozy, spacious, clean, warm, and the host was very nice.
