The location was perfect, very close to Europa Park (less than 10 minutes walk). The staff was amazing at check‑in. The price was amazing. The air‑con worked perfectly (I went mid‑August). There was no fridge in the room.

I was utterly disappointed by the unacceptable hygiene at this place; we asked to cancel our booking because the conditions seemed intolerable, yet the hotel refused to refund us. We also reached out to Booking, but received no response. The result is a bitter situation: poor hygiene, a hotel that refuses responsibility, and a platform that offers no help. We expected at least some seriousness, understanding, and consideration for guests, but that was not met. I do not recommend this establishment and feel deeply let down by how this was handled.
