The hotel staff, particularly those in their early twenties, were friendly and welcoming. However, the room allocation process was poorly managed, and the person in charge seemed incompetent. This unfortunate experience marred an otherwise pleasant stay.

Our family's stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The rooms were beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, and the peaceful atmosphere made for a relaxing getaway. I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that exceeded my expectations in every way. Its prime location on a quiet lane allowed me to easily access the bustling city streets, with plenty of street food and cafes nearby. Grab rides to popular tourist sites were also readily available. My room and balcony were spacious and immaculately clean, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. I would highly recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We were delighted with our spacious apartment, which offered stunning views and a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel's 24-hour reception and convenient location made it an ideal base for our exploration of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and amenities. However, the lack of a washing machine was a minor inconvenience.
