The place was clean and reasonably priced, and they even supplied real wine glasses in the room. The owner was very pleasant. Still, there were rugs; they had been cleaned but the presence of rugs kept me from giving a perfect 10.

Flowers outside the rooms added a lovely touch, and the room was clean with comfy beds, two chairs, a closet, hooks, a fridge, a microwave, and crystal wine glasses. The host was very friendly and even refroze our cooler ice containers for us. Three windows and a screen door let in natural light, and parking was available outside each unit. However, carpeting remained in the bedroom area and was dusty where the vacuum couldn’t reach. The chairs were stuck to it, so we brought a folding lawn chair to use while having breakfast or lunch in the room.

Everything was as it should be, and supplying real wine glasses was a nice touch. The bathroom was very, very clean. The TV reception was spotty.

The greeting upon arrival was amazing; we were exhausted after hours on the road, and he answered all my questions and more.

The bed was so comfortable with a 2‑3” foam topper that it felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the price offered great value. The carpet was a little bit dated and worn, though it was clean.
