The mattresses were comfortable, the place clean, and the staff very kind and helpful. We enjoyed sitting on the garden. The kitchenette was too small. Some shower features didn’t work (just taped with insulation), and the bathroom tiles covered with insulation looked unappealing.

The location was fine. The hotel was supposed to offer breakfast, but the restaurant was closed for half of our stay. The room wasn’t fully cleaned; there were trash bags with garbage and a full ashtray on the balcony. Hair was found under the shower in the bathroom.

The worst accommodation experience we’ve ever had. Even with a confirmed reservation, we arrived late at night after a long day riding motorcycles, and no key was left for us and no way to get into the property. We were stranded and had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. The owner’s attitude was the most disappointing: instead of taking responsibility, we were told it was a “staff mistake.” There was no real apology, no effort to solve the issue, and no compensation for the stress and inconvenience. Even worse, staff at another hotel told us this wasn’t the first time it happened. Apparently, several other guests have experienced the same situation at this property. If this is true, it shows a serious lack of professionalism and that the owners have done nothing to prevent it from happening again. A hotel that can’t guarantee accommodation for guests with confirmed reservations and refuses to take responsibility for its mistakes should not be listed on a platform like this. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this property unless you want to risk being left without accommodation in the middle of the night.

Great service, very tasty breakfast, comfortable mattresses. Excellent value for money and a great base for the nearby hills. I recommend it and will definitely come back.

Good location as a starting point for trips to the mountains and Lower Moravia. A small kitchenette for simple meals. Clean and spacious. The accommodation is near a road and a restaurant/bar under the apartment, so it’s a bit noisy during the day. I missed a microwave or a normal stove for cooking and reheating food.
