The hotel sits close to the airport, the building is very neat and clean, and the staff are wonderful—especially Ni Ni at the front desk, who made the check‑in process quick and efficient. The only downside is that there is no proper parking place.

The value for money is excellent. The family room is dirty and unsuitable, and the noise from doors opening at 2 am reaches the room even though I booked the top floor, the eighth floor. The only shower is one, worn out, and the pool water overflows with no proper drainage. The bathroom is in a narrow corner that feels like a prison, and the Indian‑managed reception was chaotic; the staff ate inside the reception with friends, the food smell filled the area, and there was no Wi‑Fi password provided during booking.

The place is comfortable. There is nothing to complain about.

The place is clean, beautiful, and everything is organized. The shower, however, is not comfortable for me and I was annoyed by it.
