The location in Old Town’s center was lovely. The room offered an incredible view of the terra‑cotta rooftops and was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The staff carried luggage up the many steps, which was helpful. They also assisted with using the massage chair and storing luggage after checkout.

This boutique hotel in Old Town Kotor was wonderful. It’s tucked away on a quiet back street, just around the corner from the bustling main square and countless restaurants and pubs, making it the perfect spot to enjoy everything Kotor offers. Marija was the most gracious host, giving great restaurant and spa recommendations and guiding us on other city activities. Our room had a small balcony overlooking a quiet street with a fantastic mountain view. It was serene and a nice place to return to after dealing with crowds in town or the long, steep walk up the hill to the fort overlooking the city. The small spa room with a hot tub and sauna was a nice bonus, and breakfast options were great. If you want to be in the center of everything yet still have a quiet retreat, this is the hotel for you! The only complaint was that there wasn’t a lot of space to lay down our suitcases and unpack.

The stay was perfect. The location was ideal. The room was comfortable, clean, quiet, beautifully decorated, and the freshly cooked breakfast every morning was lovely. What set this hotel apart from every other place we stayed was the reception staff—the three women we met were extraordinary, going above and beyond to help us during our stay, recommending restaurants and excursions, organizing taxis, and being very kind when I felt unwell. I couldn’t recommend Kerber Kraz highly enough. Many thanks from the couple from Ireland xo.

A truly wonderful hotel in a great location. The interior was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff were wonderfully helpful. Highly recommended.
