The country house is perched above Nice, has a pool, and the sea view is breathtaking, especially at sunset. There’s a swimming pool and a nearby restaurant serving local specialties. My hosts were very welcoming and did everything they could to make my stay enjoyable. Thank you. Luna the dog kept me entertained. The bathroom is quite tight, and on weekends the bus schedule to and from Nice is very sparse.

For me and my wife, this was the best accommodation we’ve ever had while traveling across Europe in the last decade. The spot is excellent, up on the hill with a spectacular view and sunsets that are simply breathtaking. The room itself is perfect, with everything handy. What adds that “je ne sais quoi” is the kindness and empathy of Fabienne and Aimery, not to mention their great sense of humour. We were impressed by their meticulous attention to every detail and their genuine desire to make us feel like we were at a close friend’s home. The breakfast? Oh là là!!! Expect a crispy baguette, the most delicious butter, melt‑in‑your‑mouth croissants and pain au chocolat, and “la pièce de résistance” the delightful jam made by Aimery himself with fruit from their own garden. Bottom line, this is one‑of‑a‑kind accommodation; I would dare say it’s perfect.
