The property had a unique character and a warm spa upon arrival. However, many details were handled superficially: the private pool was broken, the stainless‑steel stairs and yellow irrigation hose were abandoned in the garden, the roof of the wine barrel was covered with a plastic shade tied with nylon cords, the floor inside was ripped and creaky, the bed and pillows uncomfortable, the fridge noisy, no shower gel, hair found in the shower, and no fire extinguishers.

The setting was surrounded by nature in a quiet area, parking was available, and privacy made it a nice spot for a relaxing day. The spa was charming, and while staff weren’t on site, they were very helpful with requests. Cleaning was poor, especially in the bathroom and shower. No food or drinks were provided, only the bare essentials for cooking (pots and utensils). The outdoor area needs improvement, with worn lounge chairs.

The room was gorgeous and the location was superb, yet we missed basic items like soap, toilet paper, napkins and the crib sheets were dirty; the toilet paper wasn’t fresh and there was no extra roll. The air‑conditioning kept blasting cold air through the night, and there were only two towels for everything—we used them for both the chlorine‑filled jacuzzi and the shower. For the price and the rating, it felt far too cheap. The decorative lights shown in photos weren’t all working. The concept is cute, but it doesn’t justify the cost.

For the price I paid, you could have put a bottle of water in the fridge; the staff were absent, it was almost entirely self‑service, the room was dirty, and you were left for a day—check‑in at 15:00 and check‑out at 10:00—disappointing.
