Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
I booked a two‑bedroom suite that offered plenty of space, a nice pool/hot tub, and a barbecue area. The room even had a washer and dryer, and there were free games and activities—overall a wonderful stay! The only downside was the absence of breakfast; only a coffee bar was available.

The pictures looked amazing, so I was excited to arrive. Unfortunately, the facility cancelled our reservation at the last minute with no explanation, apparently due to overbooking. We had to scramble to find another place to stay.

Everything was great.

We couldn’t stay at La Cascada because the property was overbooked, so we ended up at a Westin on the opposite side of town. We paid a lot more than our room was worth and had unexpected Uber fees, losing time and money that could have been saved. The overbooking fiasco ruined a lot of sightseeing, leaving us deeply disappointed.

Everything was perfect, though it was a bit tricky to turn the shower on without a cold spray—no big deal.
